JUMPERS (WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED) documents a live experiment in group manipulation and compliance and features music by Warren Ellis. Working with 35 strangers and a hypnotherapist over the course of a day, the work seeks to investigate the moment of abandonment when we allow ourselves to tip into another state. The piece was inspired by the religious practice of 'jumping', a phenomenon which began among Cornish methodists over 200 years ago, and was filmed in a former methodist chapel, now home to the Zabludowicz Collection.
